Maple & Ash maintains an upscale, glamorous atmosphere across all dining rooms and lounges. To preserve the elevated dining experience for all guests, a business casual or better dress code is strictly enforced.
Strict Door & Host Enforcement Policy
Management and front-of-house hosts reserve the absolute right to evaluate attire upon arrival. Guests who do not meet these published guidelines may be politely asked to change before entering or denied seating. Late cancellation fees may apply if attire prevents seating.
Sweatpants, gym shorts, hoodies, tracksuits, yoga attire, and fleece running gear.
Sports caps, snapbacks, beanies, or casual athletic headwear.
Graphic sports jerseys, gym tank tops, and undershirts.
Gym trainers and running shoes. (Clean designer/fashion dress sneakers are acceptable).
Sandals, flip-flops, slides, or open shoes of any kind are strictly prohibited for men.
Jeans with tears, frays, distress patches, or severe fading. Neat solid-color jeans are permitted.
Excessive displays of skin or transparent beachwear.
Cocktail dresses, tailored blazers, collared dress shirts, stylish jumpsuits, and dark slacks.
Clean, fitted dark or black denim without holes, distressing, or bleach stains.
Loafers, dress shoes, heels, designer boots, and clean luxury fashion sneakers.
High-fashion tailored shorts paired with chic tops or blazers.
City-Specific Nuances
Gold Coast and Seaport diners heavily lean into classic tailored suits, sharp blazers, and sophisticated cocktail dresses. Even during Tower Hour and Sunday brunch, casual leisurewear is strongly discouraged.
Warm-climate luxury allows for elevated designer resort wear, fashionable tailored linen blazers, and high-end fashion sneakers. However, poolside apparel, swimwear, and casual athletic flip-flops remain completely prohibited.
